Long wait, faulty headset.
I bought a Pico4 from VR Expert. Despite the website showing stock I had to wait almost 3 weeks before it shipped. The unit turned out to have faulty lenses upon arrival. It seems to be an issue popping up more and more on both Reddit and Discord. A faulty batch...? Before shipping back for an RMA I had another person check the headset for me to be 100% certain. They saw the exact same issue (strange wavy artifacts when moving your head). It caused nausea in a matter of minutes. I have 3 other VR headsets already so not a completely new VR user hence I was able to spot something is off straight away. The shop technician checked the unit upon return and advised me that there was nothing wrong with it. I do not belive that at all. The distorion is clearly visible. At least I received a partial refund, that's the good part. In summary I wasted a month trying to get the headset. Got a faulty one and the seller was trying to convince me I was wrong thinking it's faulty. As I mentioned before I had another person check it just to make sure I'm not imagininng things. I am not. Multiple reports are starting to surface on faulty lenses on Pico 4 right now.

Wordt veel beloofd maar leveren niets
Opberghoes niet op voorraad, maar VR bril zou dan wel alvast worden geleverd. Tot op heden niks ontvangen. Contact gehad waar mijn bestelling bleef, zou dan woensdag worden verstuurd. Nu 3 dagen later nog steeds geen pakketje. Ook nog een betalingsherinnering ontvangen, terwijl ik gewoon alles al had betaald met iDeal tijdens het bestelproces.
