Die Brille ist sehr bequem und ich habe keine Probleme damit, sie längere Zeit zu tragen. Das Bild ist klar und scharf, und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. My dental clinic wanted try out new technological additions to our toolset. After a remote consultation with the VR Expert colleagues they suggested to provide free trial device. After the trial I was convinced to buy a device + implementation services (pre-installation; after sale support; accessories) Now I am able to record my surgeries handsfree in a sterile environment and upload this to a database, for my colleagues and trainees.

Process of the trial was clean and we had no issues except when it came to returning the device because we could not get in touch with the delivery company - We believe you should look into this because could not ask for the courier company to come to us to take the package back to you.

support helpfull and close to the customer - unfortunately no direct hotline availlable. The setup of the AR glasses very cumbersome due to the many subroutines - an already configured pair of glasses would have been helpful. The result was convincing at the end of the day.

Ik ben geholpen door Timo en kan niet anders zeggen dat het allemaal prima geregeld is. Klantgerichtheid een 10. Ik had persoonlijk de voorbereiding niet goed op orde, VR expert probeerde op alle manieren mee te denken om het goed te krijgen. Waarom dan geen 5 sterren; Dit zat hem in de administratieve afhandeling.

Die Abwicklung hat sehr gut geklappt. Dass wir das Gerät vorab testen konnten war wirklich gut. Allerdings ist das in meinen Augen leider nichts für uns in der Baubranche. Hier reicht auch die Konversation über Tablett / Smartphone vollkommen aus. Was ein deutlicher Vorteil wäre, wenn sich das Gerät auch über das Smartphone steuern lassen würde. (Bildschirm spiegeln) Ansonsten hat alles gut funktioniert wenn man weiss wie. Vielen Dank, aber leider ist das Produkt nichts für uns.
