No me daba confianza pagar a traves de una transferencia bancaria. Temia un posible engaño y no podría acogerme a los seguros de una tarjeta de crédito. Pero desde el primer momento, tuve información precisa de donde se encontraba mi pedido. Llegó muy rapido, según lo previsto. Y muy bien disimulado y protegido. Excelente.

J'ai demandé à iwantpoppers.com de résoudre le problème, mais ils prétendent avoir tout fait correctement et certifié que leurs poppers qu'ils m'ont vendus sont neufs. iwantpoppers.com m'a vendu de la m...e et m'a pris pour un con.

I am a repeat customer. I have still not received my order which was shipped on 8 November 2023. I sent an email to ask if I could track the order. Iwantpoppers ignored it. I presume I have lost my money. Other customers might want to take note and exercise caution. There should be a line to query the non-receipt of ortders.

Vasto assortimento. Imballo accurato. Spedizione nei termini previsti. I prodotti ricevuti non erano correttamente chiusi: hanno perso aroma e liquido. Difetto riscontrato anche da altri clienti.

dunque, prodotti arrivati in modo perfetto, chiusi perfettamente e ben imballati, ottimo assortimento di poppers. Ma esiste un unico grande problema per cui non se se tornerò ad acquistare su questo sito: delle spese di spedizione altissime ! 20 euro doppie in alcuni casi triple rispetto a quello che pago con altri siti (5,-10 euro)...

ho effettuato il pagamento il 10 agosto, ancora non ho ricevuto niente e nessuno sa dirmi quando arriverà la merce. Mi dicono genericamente di aver inviato la merce senza dirmi la data esatta e mi dicono di non sapere quando (a questo punto io dico anche se) arriverà.

I ordered 10 articles and paid a DHL transport for faster and secure delivery, I still don't have my parcel which is stuck un Holland at the DHL service. Your customer service is suppose to give me information but no news untill now. What can you do for me to improve your service, and will I have a compensation for such a big delay?

Ordered from Germany, wanted order before I left to move to Spain. Paid straight away but order was finally shipped one week later which was too late Communications were friendly, no initial response from emails but WhatsApp was answered promptly. Order was sent back to seller and then forwarded to my new address in Spain. Was given 4 extra bottles for inconvenience but these were for some reason removed and item was repackaged. Order finally received apx 4 weeks after ordering.
