Ich war nicht zuhause, als das Päckchen kam. Unsere 3 Wöchige Schiffsreise rund um die Britischen Inseln wurde am Anreisetag abgesagt. Ich hatte vor, mir in Schottland diese Jacke zu kaufen. Ich googelte daraufhin die Jacke bellarose und fand die bei Ihnen und bestellte. Etwas später fand ich die noch bei einer anderen Firma für 240€, also 20€ billiger. Gestern kamen wir von unserer einwöchigen Ersatzreise aus London zurück. Das Paket stand noch da, die Jacke ist sehr schön. Eriné eben.

Na een aantal bestellingen voelt 13 Doors bijna als een fysieke winkel. Alles wordt mooi verzorgd ingepakt en moet er toch eens iets retour: geen gedoe en een vlotte afhandeling.

I have had wonderful experiences shopping at 13Doors. Before the pandemic, I was looking for a European clothing brand online in Canada and discovered that 13Doors carried it. At first, I wasn’t sure if ordering online would be the right decision, since I am in Canada and the store is located in the Netherlands. I placed my first order and was extremely satisfied with the quality, the fast and friendly communication, and the quick shipping. Since then, I place an order every year and couldn’t be happier. Anita even arranged special orders for me, as I needed an XS size that wasn’t normally carried. This is a trustworthy store with outstanding service, and I highly recommend it.

Ordered a gorgeous AldoMartin top; fast and efficient shipping through the vendor, only snag was getting through customs, but received my beautiful top and proudly wearing it! I was very happy with my experience of 13 Doors and would buy from them again. My purchase arrived to Ireland very quickly and was beautifully packaged. The cardigan was of very good quality. Unfortunately, the style didn't suit me and I need to return it. There should have been a return label included in my parcel but it was missing. I emailed the company who promptly sent me a printable return label and I was able to get free return postage and a full refund without any difficulty.

Un grand choix de marques peu connues qui proposent des vêtements de qualité durable, bien coupés et colorés et au style intemporel ET original. Communication aisée et rapide auprès de Maarten et Anita qui sont disponibles, réactifs et cherchent à satisfaire leur clientèle plutôt qu'à refourguer leurs marchandises. J'ai une aveugle confiance en eux : leurs conseils sont fiables et honnêtes. Les retours ne posent aucun problème. Dernier achat : une robe d'été sans manches dans les teintes rose/rouge de chez Ivko qui se décline dans 2 autres couleurs. Aussitôt enfilée, aussitôt adoptée. On se sent mise en valeur, unique. This shop is little entering a sweet shop - practically impossible to log out without purchasing anything. They are so efficient that your purchases are shipped the following day. As I live in Australia shipment takes a long time but this shop is one of my favourites.

Gute Auswahl, schöne, farbenfrohe Artikel

Leider war das bestellte Teil nicht passend und musste zurück geschickt werden. Dies gestaltet sich schwierig, da die Sprachenumstellung nicht gut funktionierte.

Er werd snel en correct geantwoord op mijn vraag naar de overeenstemmende truimaat met mijn persoonlijke maten. Ik slaagde er toch in een verkeerde maat te bestellen maar dit werd opgemerkt. Ik werd gelukkig door 13doors gebeld en ze pasten de bestelling aan. En de juiste maat past mij perfect. Ik vind dit een uitstekende service.

Beautiful dress and skirt

From my first email enquiry from UK I received a friendly detailed email in reply from Anita. She continued to help me through the process of buying from outside the EU. I persevered and was sent the items I had ordered nicely packed and through Royal Mail. I am thrilled to have found the brands I was finding hard to get and will be buying from 13doors again.
