No seeds

Ordered seeds back on August 22, they were supposedly sent on the 24. Would have loved to deal with Dutch passion but they won’t send seeds here. Even though it is legal. They had this company listed as a international seller. I dropped over 300 dollars on these seeds. Three weeks later still no seeds. I was burned by nirvana seeds before the same way. Said they sent the seeds but they got confiscated and wouldn’t refund my money or resend seeds. I took a chance on this company and won’t ever buy from here again. Waiting almost a month for seeds is quite frankly disgusting when I should have went with a better more reliable and trusted seed company.

Hi there, Sorry to hear that you havent received your order yet. Unfortunately shipping outside of the EU especially to Canada is risky because of customs. We can only ship by regular mail which doesnt offer a tracking number therefore we cannot follow the parcel. Shipping outside of the EU is always risky, we cannot hold responsibility for parcels which got lost or caught by customs. But shipping to canada can take up to a month to receive a parcel, so hopefully it will be there soon! Kind regards, Team ASC

ASC gives their best effort always!

My original order did not sprout. ASC staff did everything they could to make things right. They matched my original order with other strains I wanted plus top tier freebies I was not expecting including a Grand Daddy Purple F4 known as Currant Jam. I look forward to doing more business with ASC in the future.

Seeds did not germinate.

Seeds seem old. I average about 94% germination rate. 98% of my seedlings make it to harvest. I sprout 200-300 seeds per year. When was the last restock? On the plus side, when my horrible postal service finally delivered my payment your seeds arrived quickly. Your customer service people communicate well. I expected fresh seeds. I would really like to have this strain in my collection. If you sent me an exact replacement I would try to germinate them a special way I use for old seeds. I am not mad. I have enough experience to know those were old seeds. If you make this right I will give you a positive review. You have a lot of strains I am interested in. At this time, I am uncertain about making another purchase from your company. I leave it up to you to decide whether or not to make this right for me.
