Mir wurden leider das falsche Produkt geines falschen Labels zugesendet. Nach jedoch kurzer Unterhaltung mit dem Kundendienst wurde mir schnelle ersatzware zugesandt. Super zufrieden, da man ja oft nur bei Problemen die Kompetenz einer Firma/Kundernservice ekann. Super happy, gerne wieder.

Die Samen sind nie angekommen

Solche Erfahrungen hätte ich gern mit Frauen gemacht... Aber ne...

I've been ordering with ASC multiple times now, I'm very satisfied with their service and grateful for their support on two minor issues I've encountered. One was merely technical regarding the reward points on my second order, my account was all new and the problem was resolved in no time, the other issue was caused by very poor labeling on a pack of seeds but that was actually the producers fault. I'm nicely stocked now but I still keep monitoring the site for special offers, sometimes they are actually cheaper than buying directly from the producers and you can buy seeds of different breeders and only ever have shipping costs of one order. I love ASC and would order again any time
