Shoes broke after 3h, customer service won't even reply
I purchased a pair of shoes from Fred de la Bretonniere a few days ago.
I was really excited: this is not a brand that I can access in my home country, and a short trip to the Netherlands gave me the option to purchase from them. The shoes I bought are really pretty, and I had the impression that this brand stood for quality, so I didn’t doubt this would be a good purchase.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t be more wrong. I wore my beautiful new shoes ONCE, for about 3h, at a family get-together indoors, and my shoes are now heavily damaged. They suffered no harsh conditions, they were properly taken care of, and still, they are damaged after 3h of use!
I wasted €***, and all I got was disappointment.
I sent a complaint through email immediately, 5 days after, the Customer Service team hasn't even replied to me, much less offered any sort of solution, repair, or refund.
I can only strongly reccommend anybody considering a purchase to go somewhere else to avoid being disappointed (and wasting a lot of money along the way).
