New customer experience

Recently installed a rainwater harvesting tank into our new-build house & use it for flushing the toilets & the washing machine. I never realised the water in the tank could get a bit smelly over time. Anyway, googled the issue & up comes the Septic Tank Shop - found the solution almost immediately, purchused it & it arrived within a couple of days. The perfect solution- not available elsewhere

I was looking for something environmentally friendly to solve the problem of our rainwater harvesting tank becoming extremely smelly due to bacteria. The Bio-Recup Lqd by Dutch Water Tech sold by Septic Tank Shop is perfect and did the job. Great value and service and quick delivery. Very happy and will use again without any reservations.

Quick delivery, and seems to be working!

Parcel arrived a couple of days after ordering which was helpful. I have a problem with my utility room sink which has fairly narrow pipes and so gets clogged all the time which is very annoying and apart from anything else doesn’t smell very nice! I was so pleased to find a product which was compatible with our septic tank, there’s not too many of them around. I’ve used it once and there has been an improvement, but I’m going to give it another go tonight. Thanks for this product, I’m pleased with it.

Excellent service, quick delivery

I was happy to finally find a British company that would provide an eco friendly solution to grey and black water treatment for RV! The price is fair and the Roebic septic tank product works wonderfully in preventing odour in both my tanks. I will get more for sure and they offer bulk buying deals on top of it.

From a stink bedroom to a fresh smelling one

I live on a widebeam rd boat with a pump out toilet and septic tank products are the only ones that stop my tank from smell so it’s a life changer as I was thinking of changing the system

I do not seem to have found the right solution yet

I was using DWT-Septic successfully to control septic tank smell. Now, though, its not doing it. I will have to look at one of the packages on offer.

This is somewhat unusual, considering that regular dosing typically ensures a very good balance in the tank, preventing peak loads. Did the job

We had been getting a ‘dirty toilet’ smell in our bathroom, we had tried everything, nothing seemed to stop it. Thankfully the product from Septic tank has stopped it.
