Customer service good, product ineffective

Sadly the product I was suggested to buy did not work or manage the situation even though I called to get a recommendation.

I looked into our previous communication and noticed that product K67 was recommended, but K87 was ultimately ordered. This is, of course, completely understandable – the K-numbers are quite similar and can easily lead to confusion. It's possible that this difference in products may have affected the results, which could explain why the outcome did not fully meet your expectations. Does what it says on the bottle

We had a problem with a poorly draining leach field and tried various things to sort it out to no avail. Then tried K570 Leach and Drain Field Opener after reading reviews. We put a bottle in every month for six months and gradually noticed an improvement. We now empty a bottle in every two months. It seems to be working.

Excellent result. Excellent seller.

Very efficient service from seller. “Black water” worked really well, poured the whole bottle into empty narrowboat holding tank, filled the tank with clean water, waited one week then pumped out again. Lots and lots of “crud” came out and then totally clear on final rinse. Very very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Excellent, prompt and friendly

Does what it says on the bottle

Had problems with our tank draining, it had become really slow and was getting close to the top of the tank. I brought some tank & drain field cleaner. Put a total of three bottles in over the course of two months before noticing a difference. Now I put a bottle in the tank after having it emptied to replace the bacteria.

Helps slow draining soakaway

Impressive service and a great product.

After initially realising that the product we needed was out of stock I emailed the Septic Tank Shop asking when it’d be available and got an immediate response (saying it’d be a few days) then an email when it was in stock. We ordered, it was dispatched promptly and has made a big difference to the quality of our rainwater. We have had a rainwater harvester system for 10 years but this summer the water (which flushes our toilets) although not smelling, looked a little off colour and was frothy. After only a few days it has cleared significantly. We will definitely use this company and their product again.

Prompt service with excellent communication

Order placed, email about delivery received next day, delivered by courier as promised. Product instructions a little vague though, wasn’t sure if I had to mix the powder with water before pouring down the sink. Decided to scatter it and then turn tap on. So far, (4 days post first dose) the smell is reducing, I have great hopes this powder will sort out the problem. Would recommend giving this a try (as well as regular maintenance of your tank/WTP

New customer experience

Recently installed a rainwater harvesting tank into our new-build house & use it for flushing the toilets & the washing machine. I never realised the water in the tank could get a bit smelly over time. Anyway, googled the issue & up comes the Septic Tank Shop - found the solution almost immediately, purchused it & it arrived within a couple of days.
