Ein einfacher Bestellprozess. Ohne große Verwirrungen bei der Bestellung. Preilich sehr gut angesiedelt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Bei dem runden Ersatzrad-Reservekanister für Sprit fehlte am Ausgiesser die Gummidichtung. Sie muss nun mühsam vom Deckel abgezogen werden, auf den Ausgiesser ummontiert werden (Finger stinken danach nach Diesel) um tropffrei den Sprit in den Tank gießen zu können. Hier sollten sowohl am Ausgiesser als auch am Verschlussdeckel je eine Dichtung standardmäßig mit geliefert werden, bei einem Preis von rd. 85€ eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass das Produkt vollständig funktionieren sollte.. Oder zumindest ein Hinweis bei der Bestellung gegeben werden, dass man Ersatzdichtungen mit dazu bestellen muss. habe nun Ersatzdichtungen nachbestellt. Ansonsten funktioniert der Kanister sehr gut.

Op zoek naar een onderdeel voor mijn BMW, om hem makkelijker aan de druppellader te hangen gedurende winterstop. Uiteraard gebruik je dan Google en kwam ik hier uit. Om kort te zijn: gezocht, gevonden, besteld, verzonden, ontvangen. Zonder poespas, gewoon de volgende werkdag in huis. BMW blij, ik blij! Prettige feestdagen! Menno

Il prodotto non era disponibile in negozio. Ho dovuto aspettare parecchio per riceverlo, spedito tra l'altro da un altro negoziante. Avrei preferito saperlo prima di acquistare e la comunicazione è stata abbastanza laconica tanto da indurmi ad aprire una controversia con PayPal che poi ho chiuso. Tutto si è risolto alla grande e ringrazio il negozio per l'impegno profuso.

Je n'ai jamais vu un emballage aussi professionnel, c'était parfait. Délai un peu long, plus de 10 jours, mais ce ce type d'équipement, supports de sacoches latérale, on peut attendre.

I ordered Overland fuel lockable mounting in gray blue or black color. The delivery time of the order was max 10 days. After more then 1 mounth of waiting (the item was not in stock), i recived the item in silver color.

I placed an order for a protection set for my GS, absolutely sure it was a set and not only a side part... very disappointed to receive only the left side, checked on the side and TRUE it was sold by side only, so I tried to find the right part but never succeed in finding it So ok my mistake but what is the sense to sell only one side and not the other ? or to not permit to choose left, right or both together ? AS it is Touratech part, I order directly to Touratech website for the same price, delivery costs are cheaper, it makes my life easier and I'm sure I will get the missing one. Sorry guys but no added value to order to you so far from my experience
