Ik had een tas van Enduristan besteld, type small en ontvang type XL?! Dit heb ik direct gemeld en een ticket werd aangemaakt. Smaandags een teleurstellend bericht van de service desk waaruit ik las dat het vooral vervelend was voor uw organisatie. Een excuses naar mij voor de domme fout was denk ik op zijn plaats geweest. Enige positieve ervaring tot nu toe is de zeer snelle levering. Nu maar afwachten of de nieuwe tas net zo snel komt? H. Teeuwen

Artikel was zogezegd in stock. Uiteindelijk geleverd na 3 maand wachten.

I order on June 11 two Enduristan items (tank bag and soft bag interior) at a bargain price, about 40€ less than in the usual online stores. From the site it gave me available in a few days. I order, pay with Paypal and wait. after 15gg I ask and they tell me they have problems with the supplier. So even after 40 days (good thing I was not in a hurry) and I wait. ON August 7 I ask for a refund which I got immediately on PayPal. Then by chance I go to the site and see the same two items available at classic price, like other Italian stores. But they couldn't tell me right away "Good morning, those were old prices or from a particular offer and are no longer available" ... instead I asked for a refund after 2 months, otherwise I don't know, what would we have done? By the way if they had told me right away I would have taken them anyway, it was not a problem. It seemed to me to be an unfair and unprofessional treatment. Too bad because the online store is well done and there are many items available.

Il mio ordine riguardava un supporto per Bmw Navigator della Touratech che mi è arrivato con la busta delle viti e delle staffe di attacco strappata e con diversi pezzi mancanti, perché da qualcuno presi e quindi non consegnati a me che li ho pagati: MOLTO FASTIDIOSO! Situazione fatta immediatamente presente ma, nonostante diverse mail non ho ricevuto assolutamente nessuna risposta concreta e nulla è stato proposto e fatto per rimediare: una volta pagato totale disinteresse per il cliente, mai successo in tanti altri acquisti con tanti altri venditori. Feedback ASSOLUTAMENTE NEGATIVO. UNA STELLA È ANCHE TROPPO!

Beratung u Lieferung durch Motorshop tiptop. Produktqualität gut. Behauptung von SW Motech, dass die Taschen auch bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten flatterfrei sind ist falsch ...dafür reichen die Befestigungspunkte nicht aus. Wer es echt stabil braucht, der muss einen festen Koffer mit stabilen Aufhängungspunkten wählen. Wirklich schwach von SW Motech: die Montageanleitung: unklar was links oder rechts montiert wird, da ein Schaubild dazu fehlt. Die Montage der Steckclips für die Verzurrung: komplett falsch dargestellt im Schaubild. Lackschutzfolie f d BMW S1000XR unbrauchbar, da damit die die Gepäckbrückengriffe nicht abgedeckt werden kann, jedenfalls nicht, ohne dass es völlig grausig aussieht, wenn die Taschen nicht montiert sind. Alles in allem - preiswerte Amateurlösung nicht mehr, nicht weniger

Chased up delivery after a couple of weeks as item was in stock on website and quick delivery promised. Was told item was out of stock and would I be prepared to wait, which I agreed to. Then incorrect item was sent. I was then told the correct item would be sent but then received a partial refund instead.
