The price for the item was cheaper than most other vendors, however you have to factor in an additional cost as the item was shipped from outside of the UK. It was promptly delivered and well packaged. The item was exactly as described.

I had originally given a negative report, as a remote control was purchased, and found to be unable to communicate with our training defibrillator. The training defibrillator and the defective remote control had to be returned for investigation. All is well now. You can delete my original report, as the matter is satisfactorily resolved.

I ordered replacement pads and battery for our defib and they arrived within 2 days.

Website looked great and we found the desired product easily. It was only after paying for the product that we were made aware that additional customs fees were due. There was also a delay in receiving the product because it is obviously not in the UK at the time of order. Clearer information required
