Prompt correction

Product delivered at the time they advised. Unfortunately, the wrong country version. We contacted them and they immediately arranged for the correct item to be delivered and the wrong one to be collected

Great service

Before ordering I had a webchat, to make sure the item I wanted was in stock as it was out of stock with the other suppliers I tried. The information given was accurate as when I placed the order everything that I'd been told would happen, did. The item was dispatched quickly and arrived a day earlier than advised. Great service from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Items arrived as described, good communications, slow delivery.

The items ordered were as described and the communincations from AEDexpert was really good. The only complaint I would have is the amount of time for the items to arrive. which was arounf 5 months.

The item I required was out of stock but Medisol kept me informed of likely delivery dates and when these were extended by their suppliers they allowed me to amend the order and issued a refund for the difference.
