Very difficult to order and understand the procedures

When talking to anyone on the phone, they have always been very friendly etc but your procedure in re-calling AED units and then receiving the upgrade is very complicated. When receiving my upgraded AED it was just delivered in a battered cardboard box with no protection around it ... considering the pick-up procedure of having it in a secure box and then security taped by the courier it just didn't make sense that the two events aren't equally treated?? .... I then ordered a battery and it is all very complicated (and VERY expensive) trying to understand the brexit message of import charges etc .... anyways, the bottom line is I now have my AED plus my new battery so thank you for that, Pammy
