Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
We do our best to provide clear information about product availability. Each product page includes a live stock status indicator under the 'add to trolley' button, such as “In stock, available immediately,” “Fast delivery, 1–2 weeks,” or “Expected lead time, 2 months.” In this case, the AED you ordered was marked with a 2-month lead time at the time of purchase.
After your order was placed, we sent a follow-up email with the estimated shipping date. Once your order was dispatched, tracking details were also sent by email.
That being said, we completely understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially for a product as important as an AED. If the device was needed urgently, we would have been happy to advise on suitable alternatives that were available immediately.
