Had a very long wait for the battery but was update often
Due to a delay on the battery we were without our Defib for about 5 months. We got regular updates but most said no timeline available. It arrived this week and the Defib is back working so all is good. Thank you for your communications.

Unfortunate to hear about your defib being out of order for months. As a defibrillator is a life saving device, it needs to be ready for an emergency at all times.
In this case there were significant production delays at the manufacturer's side, which was a global supply issue which they are still resolving. Please know that we have done everything in our power to get the stock to you as soon as possible.
We are happy you appreciated our updates and communications, and that your defib is rescue ready again! That is the most important.

Good communication
I was very happy with the service from AED expert. They were the only company that offered to supply replacement Pad packs for an older Samaritan defibrillator and although there was a long wait to receive them, the company kept me updated regularly. Dealing with them has been a pleasure.

Good phone support but we could have done with a manual for the defib
We had some questions regarding connecting the outdoor cabinet to the power supply. A phone call to a very helpful customer support lady sorted this. However a manual for both the AED and the cabinet would have been useful

Easy to use website and quick delivery
This is our second time at least to order from AEDexpert and we found the website easy to navigate and delivery was quick. However, the cost of the product has increased by €10 since we last purchased unfortunately
