We indeed do not set up credit accounts for customers that have not ordered from us before, only after 3 orders. This policy is primarily rooted in the unfortunate incidents of fraud we have encountered in the past. However, as your credit check came back fine, we are more than happy to open up a credit account for you next time you order. Simply send over an e-mail with your PO and we are happy to change the payment method. The stock levels and backfill was quite unfortunate in your case. There are global supply issues for training AED units hence why the stock levels were low and the lead time is much longer than you can usually expect from Medisol.
