We aim to provide clear and accurate information about product availability. Each product page features a live stock status beneath the ‘add to trolley’ button, such as “In stock, available immediately,” “Fast delivery, 1–2 weeks,” or “Expected lead time, 2 months.” At the time of your purchase, the AED was listed with a 2-month lead time.
Following your order, we sent a confirmation email including the estimated shipping date, and once the item was dispatched, tracking details were provided as well.
That said, we completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait, especially for something as important as an AED. If the device was needed more urgently, we would have been happy to suggest faster alternatives that were in stock.
