We indeed do not set up credit accounts for customers that have not ordered from us before, only after 3 orders. This policy is primarily rooted in the unfortunate incidents of fraud we have encountered in the past. However, as your credit check came back fine, we are more than happy to open up a credit account for you next time you order. Simply send over an e-mail with your PO and we are happy to change the payment method. The stock levels and backfill was quite unfortunate in your case. There are global supply issues for training AED units hence why the stock levels were low and the lead time is much longer than you can usually expect from Medisol. Was looking to buy a few items which were listed on the website. Tried to setup an account with them but they only provide credit accounts to wholesalers which makes no sense to me. They didn't have one item in stock after all and would take 2-3 months to back fill so ordered an alternative item. Because they wouldn't ship anything until the payment cleared, that item then went out of stock and would also be another 2-3 month backfill so I went with a different supplier altogether for that item. Disappointing processes because had they just provided a credit account and shipped at order, this would have been avoided. I work for a multi million euro, multinational company with impeccable credit but Medisol wouldn't give us a credit account which made for completely unnecessary delays. Highlights - Jeanine in sales was fantastic. She did her utmost to help despite the Medisol policies. I appreciated her hugely and is the sole reason I carried on with the rest of the order at all. Also, the other items I ordered arrived well packaged and quickly, once the payment was cleared of course. Due to not being able to get a credit account, we are unlikely to order from them again.

Easy to order, quick delivery. Long "use by" date. (2 years, which is long for pads, so means they weren't sitting in a warehouse for months on end.

After checking via email that stock was available, ordering was simple from an informative website. Delivered as promised within 7 days. Happy with choice and price of AED product purchased.
Placed an order on the 2nd. Payment was accepted but no order was shipped. I had to repeatedly contact the customer support line to find out what was the status of my package. It was said to be shipped on the 17th and now on the 24th I have still yet to receive it.
