Never disappointed, consistently great quality !
My experience with the site only goes back a few months, but after a good twenty orders, I believe I have enough perspective to fairly assess the quality of service provided by the Prof team. The vast majority of my purchases went through without a hitch, and in every single case, they arrived safely within an average of 4 days (depending on the day of the week — shipments aren’t daily due to the growing number of orders).
When there was an issue, customer service was responsive and managed to resolve the problem quickly. I’ve seen some people complain about not getting a reply after reaching out, but if you follow the communication guidelines — i.e., a clear message in English (there are excellent tools available for translation), include your order number, and show a bit of patience (you’ll usually get a reply within 24 hours) — then you’re all set!
All in all, I’m super satisfied with the site: the wide range of products whose quality has always been spot on, the available payment options (Bitcoin is my thing ^^), the speed and discretion of the delivery (never had a parcel lost or intercepted by customs), and the customer service.
It’s a shame that the ban now affects so many products — I think that’s a huge mistake — and that making smart, thoughtful, and selective purchases is more important than ever to avoid unfortunate experiences during slightly reckless trials.
In short, I warmly recommend this site and will definitely keep shopping there ;)
