Many webshops can learn a thing or two from the way this team operates. It’s a well oiled machine, operating like clockwork. Questions answered are not only answered. They’re answered in a timely matter, and more importantly your questions are truly heard. You’re not just a number or “order #010101 pay pack and ship. Not my monkey not my circus” type of thing They treat you like they would want to be treated themselves. Friendly, heard and communicative. They also set clear and necessary boundaries to ensure promises can be kept and rules are followed. Even if you’re simply window shopping the team will gladly inform you. All of the above is something extremely rare in our modern day society. Don’t take that for granted :)!

I think de company whas better when you could still reach them by whatsapp. Products + prices are still in good quality. But I liked de earlier style better. That's my personal opinion. + I liked that u allwayz recieved a little sample with new rc's. Even when ordering something for €20. That where things tfat kept me a returning custumor + promoting it to friends. Alkso this has ben changed. You now gave to al least order somethingvworth €35. Not everybody has that type of money to spend easily. So I personally hope you will be switching back to your previous standards. Just being honest. I've been a loyal custumor fir years. Well.
