Avoid them - Used to be good, now an issue and excuse ever time
I've been asked to amend my review. So, I will, but I'm not changing my rating! As my headline says, they used to be good and send good quality stuff immediately. But over the last couple of months have gone right down to the bottom of the pile.
Last four times in a row they've either massed up the orders or it's been a real hassle to get them to send the orders with them trying to blame the post on two occasion's.
Ordered simple stuff not under the ban a couple of weeks back, and the order just sat there even though paid directly. A week later I sent an email asking politely when I can expect delivery and get an email saying "processing". Now they do not respond to and emails and they only sent the order after the final email I send, even then although I paid for tracking they just shoved it in the regular post and then didn't even get emails saying it had been sent and the order was now closed.
On the invoice, there is some other excuse about a "technical problem" and a supposedly internal message to add some extra "samples" that I'll never use. I don't like lies, being ignored and excuse thanks.
I highly recommend that you avoid them!
