while I'm still pleased with the quality and service, recently the shipping options have changed again, and the new delivery method I have to chose is way less efficient, so some parcels never arrive although the delivery guy writes "delivered". Service-wise, I've always had nothing but good things to say about the team, although this last weeks there also seems to be a bit of a downward shift. Usually they will get back to you quickly and efficiently, and for instance, i'ts been a week since our last exchange, which was about an urgent delivery issue. So I still recommend, definitely, but the future months will be a testing period for me.
