The most reliable and honest company in the Research Chemical Business
I've been ordering Research Chemicals since 2004. Most of the websites were (and still are) phoney or, at best, not reliable in the long term, packages being sent or not depending on the mood of the customers service's employees being high using their own stuff.
Then last year, I had enough and I decided to do a real study about all these companies on the web. I found out that the most reliable and trustworthy companies out there were all Dutch (forget about the Polish, Spanish, French, Belgian ones...), but also lost in the middle of an ocean of scams.
Then, refining my list, I found out that "Professor.nl" was clearly above the pile. I ordered 25 times from them and I always received it within a 24h or 48hours span in Belgium, and packages never got lost or seized by customs. Also they never got an order wrong. Always crisp and carefully labelled.
Customer's service is top notch, always responding within the hour and elegantly. Last summer, 3 of my orders were resent to Professor, because the shop that was collecting packages was closed. They never complained or blaming me, and they always resent me the same order the same day.
The prices are also very competitive compared to other RC shops.
They have quite many options to choose from, and products are top notch quality (usually above 90%'s purity) or substances that are being hazardous, even though it's commonly sold in other shops.
They also carefully inform you about current state of laws and legality of their products.
And last but not least : the goodies!
