They care a lot about their costumers

It's the second time I order from Professor.nl and again I had problems with the delivery company (DPD is extraordinarily incompetent), and both the first time and the second time they were very understanding and helped me without any problem or cost. My package was sent back to them and they sent it back to me a second time for free. Thank you so much, I will be returning again and again, respect goes both ways :) Keep it up, Professor!
