Not received, contact attempts ignored

Product payed and confirmed, but did not arrive in 25 days (declared shipment time to destination is 8-10) Not responding to attempts at contacting. Edit: after further communication following this review the issue was solved and the order sent and received. I can not comment on whether the explanation was honest or not (the claim is that the shipping company misplaced shipment). The product itself seems good and as described after trying a very small dose, I will post further details after a lab analysis if available.
