Professor always has fast processing and discrete shipping periods. Their costumer service is also very professional and helpful. Approximately I have ordered and researcherd 3/4 of their chemicals to Date. In General the quality of their products is let's say correct. Yet comparably to some other vendors I wouldn't call them as not high Standard (anymore). Especially since they changing their pellets, they became sketchy looking and not as user friendly anymore. In General: professor is one of the most reliable rc shops

Al verschillende jaren vaste klant en nog steeds even tevreden. De vele onderzoeken tonen aan dat het om kwaliteit gaat en dit heeft de interesse van vrienden aangewakkerd. Nu doen ze ook geregeld onderzoeken en zijn positief over de resultaten! Groot assortiment en zo kunnen we onze kennis blijven vergroten. Het wordt discreet verzonden de dag zelf nog en de prijs hiervoor is correct, op andere sites liggen de kosten vaak een heel stuk hoger. Elk product staat op de verpakking vermeld en zo kan je je nog moeilijk vergissen. Leuke attenties en een sample bij elke nieuwe bestelling. Ik vind het een teken van waardering naar de klant toe. Ik ben in ieder geval dankbaar en zeer tevreden.
