Paid twice an order and no Shipping track number. mail check etc..

Paid twice, i have no Idea what do to bu pay again and get tracking, but there is nothing and i have paid for not hing, order's are ON HOLD's. Praying i'll get both, at least. 2 order's paid (3 on the dashboard ?), unpleasent. YES recommend, because if i receive fast my commands i could be surprised.
