Most reliable and honest RC vendor, by far
Lots of research was done with a variety of chemicals. Quality can vary according to batch, but you can, unlike other vendors, expect at least the chemical that you ordered (testing been done in Brussels).
Some chemicals are very potent, so be informed. From all orders, the majority were positive with a few exceptions.
Professor is reliable, easy to reach and communicate with. And I once, some time ago, even received a complete free full order (misunderstanding, as my order it was delivered at the wrong address, close to me). Eventually I got both, the neighbor brought it to me in the weekend. I did let Professor now this but it wasn't a problem. Very good customer service and at least a decent person behind it as well.
Last batch of NEP was of VERY high quality. Take care and do your research safe.
