Not clear why my shipment was not delivered, because this is my second shipping and the first one got through, I did the same everything with the second shipping, but DHL asked for a personal identification document to upload, which I did not send. Based on your expirience, why it happend and how to proceed the next time? Is it smaller delivery or any specific guidlines to follow? Thank you very much

I can always rely on them for quick service, but there has been more than one occasion of issues with orders. The customer service is usually pretty slow in response to inquires thouugh.I have had a few issues with orders not being processed or being returned to sender. While it tookk weeks to fix the issues, they have always made things right in the end. That shows that they do have integrity and are honest with their clients. Thank you to the team and all you do.

Very very top!!! I tried one thinking it would be soft but they are much better than I expected!!!!! I was a bit nauseous at first but after three hours I was laughing a lot, with slight visuals and good vibes!
