Good Product, Responsive and professional customer service

Everything is said in the title however since they switched from "colis privé" to "Chronopost", deliveries are much longer. "Chronopost" is not serious. Hoping that professor will go back by "colis privé" for deliveries.

mostly without issues

I ordered and payed my order but there was 1 week delay because 1 item wasn't in stock (even it was when I placed my order). I didn't receive any notification and had to contact support. But they resolved the issue and were responding quickly.
