A web-store that lives up to its name and delivers professional-grade research materials with academic precision and logistics / delivery as if the professor has a Ph.D in Supply Chain management. Product quality 10/10 Packaging 10/10 Next-day delivery when ordered before 4-5PM, to the Netherlands, at least, by letterbox-parcel (for free above €75 Euro orders, from memory): so 10/10 Customer service is great as well, although I’ve rarely needed it. The only point of improvement, but this is not really a big criticism, is that the website could be faster since there are so many interesting researching materials available- and checking them all out takes a while when the pages don’t load that fast. (I’ve got 1Gbps internet so it isn’t my connection) Overall, that would lead me to a 9.5 out of 10. Definitely recommended for those looking for a trustworthy supplier for their research needs.

Algun retraso en algun pedido pero siempre llega y todo de primera calidad, no se puede pedir mas.

As always : It had only been 48 hours (if you’d been lucky) or 72 h (which to the two seems to past as fast, common. ..) between the moment your order is been placed (and payed!) to delivered your door. Who else handle this as quickly without any errors eh ? I can‘t really compare it to others in terms of purity nor potency, since it’s mainly fews products on which I still hadn’t tried to research on before. What’s else ?
