I'm almost satisfied with how company works.

Hi, Product quality is very good. Shipping is mostly on time. Customer service sometimes does not reply to inquiries. This needs to be improved. Not much shipping options. All in all - 5 stars Kind Regards

Is good

Repropose the offer to 500 g because I want to take more but the problem. With the 100 g the price goes up too much. Redid the 500 so that I could take 2k or more and the price would be lower.

Good Product, Perfect Custumer service but bad website.

I have now ordered twice from Professor NL. On one occasion, my package was lost, but they immediately sent a replacement. The product quality is excellent . The only issue is that I can’t create or log in to my account on the website. It asks me to enter a password, but no password was required during account creation. As a result, I have to create a new account every time I order. (Fortunately, I can still track my packages via email.) Thank you!
