First time with order issues, and the professor never failed

Even with issues with shipments, the professor team always comes through in making the situation right, taking care with the costumers requests and follow through on the support they provide. Please ignore all the negative nancies leaving bad reviews because they can't be bothered to contact support if something goes wrong with their order. This is as legitimate as it can get.
