My shipment from Professor got lost after being received at the Dutch delivery warehouse and after two stops it disappeared at the DPD warehouse in OIRSCHOT. It has been lost ever since. Mr. Professor initially agreed to send a new - identical order, but after a few days he started to get annoying and started to call less and less frequently and regularly until the end of the period for questions and did not develop the topic of a replacement, but attacked me with a short sentence that: "At least you could have written in English or Dutch. This has happened 3 times already and there is no mention of a solution to the problem!!!
