Love the products, the packaging, the customer support, pricing is competitive. Single thing is I always order from the phone (don't have a laptop other than the one from work... blink, blink) and st least on the phone (iOS, Chrome and Safari browser both have the issue) the translation to English doesn't stick. E.g.: i land in the main page, select English as language, browse products. The moment i pick a product, back to Dutch. Now i managed but in the beginning I really didn't know if i had added the product to basket or not. Then, you go to checkout of the basket... back to Dutch. Am i learning a new language? Indeed. But at coding level it wouldn't be very complex to fix that. Thanks and keep up the good job! Pedro

Pakket terug naar afzender geen terugbetalling, het pakket was niet geaccepteerd en was teruggegaan naar bedrijf, volgens tracking bezorgt terug bij hun, geen mogelijkheid voor terugbetalling omdat ik jet te laat meldde...

The products are of good quality, and delivery is fast (with free samples, which is really nice). I'll be ordering again!
