Good Product, Perfect Custumer service but bad website.

I have now ordered twice from Professor NL. On one occasion, my package was lost, but they immediately sent a replacement. The product quality is excellent . The only issue is that I can’t create or log in to my account on the website. It asks me to enter a password, but no password was required during account creation. As a result, I have to create a new account every time I order. (Fortunately, I can still track my packages via email.) Thank you!
