terug betaling

Ik heb een pakje in perfecte staat terug bezorgd (kostte me 21€ ik het postkantoor). Op hun site staat dat het bedrag terug op mijn bankrekening zou komen. nu heb ik in totaal 43,90€ voor de bestelling betaald, 21€ om het terug te sturen en 0€ terug gekregen enkel 38€ in Profcoins. ik was een vaste klant maar dit is de laatste keer dat ik iets koop hier en ik ga ook is horen bij de juiste diensten om te zien hoe ik mijn geld terug krijg en geen ‘profcoins’ die mij niets waard zijn. Al moet ik naar de politie gaan. Op de site staat duidelijk dat het bedrag terug op MIJN bankrekening zou komen. nee luttele 38€ profcoins. Ik da ht dat jullie anders zaken deden.
