Ik ben zeer tevreden.

Het product werd snel geleverd. Ik ontving de gebruikershandleiding per e-mail. Helaas was de handleiding voor een ander product, maar dat was voor mij geen probleem.

Décevant

Commande et livraison rapides, produit conforme et sérieux du magasin. Cependant j’ai rencontré un problème avec la gestion du retour. Avant de renvoyer les articles, j’ai contacté le service client pour demander explicitement si des frais seraient à ma charge. Un ticket de retour m’a été envoyé sans précision particulière, j’ai donc procédé au retour. Par la suite, 6 € ont été déduits pour chaque article retourné (18 € au total). Si cette information m’avait été indiquée clairement à l’avance, j’aurais organisé le retour autrement. Le service client est resté poli mais s’est référé uniquement aux conditions générales, sans réellement tenir compte de la question posée avant le renvoi. Dommage, car l’expérience d’achat était bonne au départ.

Vous avez demandé le retour de trois produits provenant de deux commandes distinctes. Nous vous avons rendu service en ne vous facturant qu'un seul retour pour deux articles provenant de deux commandes différentes. Au final, vous avez payé les frais de transport pour deux retours alors que, selon la règle, il y en avait en réalité trois. Nous vous avons donc fait une faveur en ne vous facturant qu'un seul retour. The lied

I went to buy a helmet, chose one for atound 600€ but i asked if I can order a new one as the one in the store was made on 2023 so 2.5 years ago. They said sure will order new one. Asked again but the new one will be one made at least in 2025? They said for sure as will come directly from Shoei. Came home the same helmet from the store, with the same stickers from the store and same model made i. 2023.

Thank you for your review. First of all, I would like to mention that the helmet you've bought is a limited edition that is no longer produced by Shoei. Therefore, we have given you a nice reduction on the purchase of this helmet. The helmet you received is a helmet from the same production batch of the helmet you saw in the shop but it is not the same helmet. You are of course, free to return your helmet and swap it for an alternative or you have the right to ask for a refund. At this time, we still have 2 helmets of the same type in our shops, we could check the production date if you want, they will porbably also be from the same batch. Also: Fibreglass helmets are quite resistant to UV radiation and can usually last up to eight years. However, the inner shell and lining wear out due to sweat, grease and daily use. Please note: the actual lifespan depends greatly on frequency of use, maintenance and storage conditions. Once the inner lining wears out or the helmet becomes loose, the level of protection decreases. Your helmet still has a 4,5 year warranty.
