Perfect aftersales

I reached out to customer service, as I noticed my heated grips were not heating properly. Without difficult questions I received a return label to ship the malfunction handgrips. Shortly after arrival in Belgium I received confirmation on the acknowledgement of the warranty case and selected new grips, which arrived shortly after this. As there was a price difference I received a bank transfer of the variance. PERFECT!
