Zeer tevreden

Rad eu is een bedrijf waar ik al jaren met grote tevredenheid dingen bestel. Prijzen zijn goed en scherp. De bestelde zaken worden altijd snel geleverd. Kortom zeer tevreden. Ga zo door!

you cheated with shippment terms - I selected you not the cheapest option because delivery time was important. finally you deliver later than cheapest option :)) Guys, if you promise a shipping date a few days after placing an order, it means that the product is already with you. If it turns out that you only start ordering it somewhere else after you have ordered it - then this is an obvious deception of your customers! You are making a false promise to your customers, just to get the order! This is not good commercial practice. I would advise you to change it, and do not offer such shipment terms for products that you do not have and about whose real availability you do not know anything at all!

The worst experience

I never got my package. Tried to contact rad, but nobody answered my concerns. Waiting to get my money back.

It saddens us to read this review after all our correspondence through mail regarding this matter. You refused to pick up the DPD package at the delivery point and then asked for a refund. Which is no problem, we only have to wait for the package to be delivered back to RAD and your refund will happen swiftly. You did not have an IBAN to refund to, as is our policy, so our adjusments to our refund system has not been in vain. I can see on the tracking the delivery point has asked DPD to return the package so your refund will happen shortly. We thank you for your patience but regret this negative review.

The supplier did indeed ship out an incomplete package, that's why we refunded you completely and helped you out as fast as possible. You also never let us know there was something wrong with the delivery adress, without this information we can not help you.
