Great customer service!

I had an issue with an expensive intercom system I purchased a few months ago. I was able to return it under warranty and had it replaced. The new unit also had the same issue and after losing faith in the product and requesting a refund, this was swiftly processed with no hassle. Impeccable help throughout, very impressed!

Perfect

The reason why I am so happy is because I couldn't pick up my delivered article and it got rerouted after a few days back to Belgium. Without any problems or delay, I was able to contact one of the support staff and get another shippment back to Croatia. Thanks a lot!

Great price and fast delivery

I ordered a Shoei helmet from RAD. The price was way lower than my usual suppliers, saving over €100. Delivery was super fast arriving in Dublin. I ordered on a Sunday with delivery due on the following Tuesday week but it arrived on Friday, 4 days early.
