Easy to order but...
Very slow delivery. Ordered from many different suppliers at the same time. Rad was the slowest and the tracking was not easy. Otherwise everything was ok.

I'm afraid I don't really understand the problem with the delivery.
I've just checked, and we communicated that it would be shipped around the 15th and delivered around the 23rd
In fact, we shipped it a day earlier than promised (on the 14th) and it arrived at the chosen collection point a day earlier than expected (on the 22nd). You collected the parcel on the 27th.
I don't see how the delivery could be considered slow when it was delivered earlier than promised.

I was very satisfied with the purchase. The Cardo device arrived at my home in approximately one week, which I consider an excellent delivery time. The product was very well packaged, with adequate protection inside the box to prevent any damage during delivery. The whole process was smooth, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the shopping experience and would definitely recommend the store.

Totally wrong delivery to DPD pick up point.
DPD delivered package to wrong DOD pick-up point. In addition DPD is sending automated messages with wrong information to the customer. After a full 9 days, still no package received. Not very satisfied.

We completely understand your frustration — waiting 9 days for a package, especially while receiving incorrect automated delivery information, is certainly not what you should expect.
Unfortunately, the parcel was delivered by DPD to the wrong pick-up point, and the incorrect automated notifications made the situation even more confusing.
While this was unfortunately outside of our direct control, we fully understand that this does not make the experience any less frustrating for you.
We offered to send you a replacement shipment so that you would not have to wait any longer.
We sincerely hope this resolves the matter for you.

Good store
Good store with good options but I do wish they had more brands like Rst or Five. But that's just personal preference, their catalog is very good and I love that they have a discount for new riders.
