I ordered a SHARK Drak/Raw Goggles + Mask Camo from RAD as a birthday gift for my brother, and I was really excited for him to receive it. Unfortunately, when he opened the box, we discovered they had sent the wrong colour. I immediately contacted their support team, expecting a simple solution — after all, it was their mistake. However, since the gift had already been given and my brother lives elsewhere, I couldn’t get it back to return it. Despite explaining this several times, their only response was to insist that I send the wrong one back first. They refused to offer any other help or even a partial refund. It’s honestly disheartening. A thoughtful gift turned into a disappointing experience, and the birthday surprise was completely ruined. Mistakes can happen — that’s understandable — but what really matters is how a company handles them, and sadly, RAD didn’t show much flexibility or understanding. I really wish things had been handled with more care and empathy.

Ik kwam er voor een helm die ik online gezien had. Heb deze in de winkel kunnen passen. Maar het kleur dat ik wilde was niet aanwezig in deze winkel. Ze hebben gekeken voor deze in een ander vestiging. Waar deze wel in stock was. En deze is mij twee dagen later thuis bezorgd. Was perfect wat ik wilde. Top winkel.
