Je ne suis pas un adepte d'achat par internet. Je vais donc chez RAD Alleur. Sur place en magasin, je constate que l'article que j'étais venu acheter, n'est pas disponible. Cependant, il l'est au dépôt. Il m'est donc gentiment proposé de me faire parvenir l'article par livraison colis, ce que j'accepte puisque j'habite assez loin du magasin. Le colis a été livré tip top en date et en heure. Bravo ! Je reste un fidèle de RAD.

Compré un casco Scorpion Adf-9000. El casco llegó antes de lo indicado. Mi sorpresa fué al desempaquetar el pedido. El casco no viene en su embalaje original, trae una funda de otro modelo de casco, falta embalaje original de la pantalla ahumada que obsequia la marca, presenta algún pequeño roce y polvo... Estimado RAD, supuestamente les compré un artículo nuevo y como tal, debería venir con su embalaje y accesorio original, sin leves roces ni signos de ser de exposición o de prueba. Datos que deberían haber expuesto en su artículo y web y evidentemente no lo hubiera comprado. Gracias.

I bought a Scorpion Adf-9000 helmet. The helmet arrived earlier than indicated. My surprise was when unpacking the order. The helmet does not come in its original packaging, it comes with a cover from another helmet model, the original packaging of the smoked screen that the brand gives is missing, it has some small scratches and dust... Dear RAD, supposedly I bought a new item from you and as such, it should come with its original packaging and accessories, without slight scratches or signs of being from exposure or testing. Data that should have been stated in their article and website and obviously I would not have bought it. Thank you.
