We are sorry to hear that you still didn't receive your package. Super that you have already emailed our customer service department about this. The sooner they know about it, the sooner they can take the necessary action. They will reply to your e-mail and work with you to find an appropriate solution. They may have to start an investigation with the carrier about your package. They will communicate more information in response to your e-mail of 10/02.
Apologies in advance for the inconvenience, even though we unfortunately have no control over the delivery of parcels by the carrier.
