We are glad to hear that the kit itself was in perfect condition, but we fully understand that the way the package was packed caused frustration. An oversized box and insufficient padding can indeed cause items to shift, potentially resulting in damage during transport — something we absolutely want to avoid.
We are sorry that your parcel arrived damaged and that the tape had even come loose. This is not the quality standard we strive for, and we understand that this is particularly disappointing, especially as you are normally always satisfied with RAD.
