I bought a 2x JBL freedom cardo
I bought a 2x JBL freedom cardo, and within a week it broke, I sent it to RAD and it took 2 months for me to receive my product back, they said it was beyond repair and they sent me a new one, when I received the product it was not new , it was refurbished and came with a bad battery. I already sent an email and they didn't answer me. I'm super upset having spent �170 and receiving a used product. Good afternoon, I bought this device and used it for 1 week, I spent 2 months waiting for you, I bought this device for my work and I can't be without it, I waited 2 months and you didn't solve it, now you want me to send it once again ? I can't wait another 2 months, unfortunately I need it for my work, why didn't you send a new product as you said? why did no one check if the product was new? It's easier to send a refurbished product and see if the customer won't notice. This was my last purchase on your site and I don't intend to buy anything anymore and I don't recommend you to anyone.
