0.5 star is generous. RAD took €1,828.90 for order #804269 and never delivered it to me. Their courier (DPD) left it at the WRONG address — a different street, about 160 metres away — with no signature and without my permission to leave it unattended. I sent RAD the proof myself, reported to DPD, wrong house, no number alongside a photo of my actual house and a GPS map showing the drop point on a completely different road. more importantly signature was required for delivery, no sign, but abandoned. Here is the part that should make anyone think twice before ordering. On 24 July 2026 RAD admitted: “It seems that DPD made a wrong delivery.” yet they refused to refund me anyway. What followed was weeks of bad-faith stalling. First they hid behind a “21-day” courier complaint window and told me they “cannot do anything.” Then they invented an open-ended DPD “investigation” and said a refund would “only be possible if DPD considers your packages as lost” — as though a customer’s legal right to a refund depends on their subcontractor. They set their own ten-working-day deadline and then blew straight through it with more excuses. At one point a representative even lectured me not to “blindly follow AI assistance.” I did everything they asked — signed their non-receipt declaration, sent photographs, provided a map pin to my door. It changed nothing. After dozens of emails and many hours of my own time wasted chasing a company that had already admitted fault, I have been forced to raise a bank chargeback and lodge complaints with the European Consumer Centre and the small claims procedure simply to recover money for goods I never received. Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 20) the seller carries the risk of loss until the buyer physically receives the goods. RAD knows this and chose to hold a paying customer’s money hostage rather than stand behind a mistake they acknowledged in their own words. This is the worst online-retail experience.

Helm besteld, maatje te klein, gratis teruggestuurd en helm maatje groter sneller ontvangen dan de eerste helm. Liep soepel. Alleen een DPD pakketdienst zat bij mij niet echt om de hoek (kan RAD niet weten). Bij het terugsturen kreeg ik geen track and trace erbij. Wel spannend of deze aan zou komen bij RAD.

Je mets 10 mais il m'a fallu batailler pour arriver à passer ma commande car le site m'ajoutais 13,99€ de frais de port avec pourtant la mention sur votre site frais de port offert au dessus de 40€ mais au moment de valider ma commande cela me mettait commande de moins de 70€ frais de port 13,99€. Il m'a fallu contacter le responsable du site pour qu'il règle enfin le problème et que je puisse enfin passer ma commande..

An overall excellent service and experience. I should have read online reviews on helmet i ordered . All indication pointed to ordering a size up from what you usually go for. First off I ordered a large flip over helmet. It was too tight . Contacted customer service and they immediately processed an order for xl size. Sent me a return postage paid label via email which I printed off and sent the large helmet back. 5 days fro them to receive the helmet and immediately sent out the xl one which I received 5 days later. Package was tracked with times and arrived within the hour specified. Absolutely flawless experience. I hope other companies take note of how RAD.eu operate. Top class company.
