Givi V47 top case for Honda Hornet CB600F
The Givi V47 It seems very sturdy. It is a bit pricey but you have to pay for quality. The Givi 263FZ mount for the 2007 Honda Hornet CB600F It fits perfectly and it was quite easy to install. I was a bit worried of how it would look, but after I finished assembling everything, I noticed that the mount kept very well with the lines of the bike. Mounting Tip: use a socket wrench for the top bolts, makes your life a lot easier. The Givi M7 plate It is made out of heavy Nylon, and seems very high quality. The Givi E134S passanger pillow It is quite easy to install (Givi provides a template with clear instructions, and you have to drill 2x 6.5 mm holes in the top case in order to fit the pillow. Do not worry about leakages, the kit also comes with 2 rubber seals to put between the bolts and the top case) In my opinion, it makes the top box look better. Mounting Tip: 1. Before drilling, mark the center of your holes with a sharp object so that the drill bit stays in place when you start drilling. 2. Use a wood drill bit to drill holes in plastic 3. Drill a smaller hole first, it makes drilling the final hole a lot easier (you can use a bit of 3 - 4 mm for predrilling) 4. If you do not have a 6.5 mm drill bit, it also works with a 6 mm. Just pass through the holes a few more times from both sides (inside and out) until you can fit your bolts. But it is recommended to drill a 6.5 so you have some room for error. Overall it is a very practical improvement for any motorcycle and it makes my life a lot easier, especially when I am going for a ride and want to stop and visit a city center. It is very nice not having to carry my helmet and a backpack around. Also my girlfriend really appreciates not having to worry that she will slip off at every take off.
