Zeer snelle correcte levering

Ik had een helm gezien bij Rad.eu, maar zag deze elders goedkoper. Met de kortingcode de hel voor de goedkopere prijs kunnen kopen. De helm zou een week later geleverd worden, maar werd de volgende dag al gebracht. Super snel!!

Fast, Ok, but not safe

The kit i bought was in perfect shape but the box wich the kit came was 70% empty with the kit ONLY covering the rest of the space, so everything inside was rolling. Should fill the box with newspapers, plastics, whatever or use a way smaller box. The box came to me damaged on a corner (that was ripped off) and the small layer of tape on top litterally opened. Not safe at all. Always happy with RAD and this was the first time this ever happened and hope it doesnt again. Items can get damaged on transportation

An oversized box and insufficient padding can indeed cause items to shift, potentially resulting in damage during transport — something we absolutely want to avoid. Transporteur DPD…

Habitué de l’enseigne pour les achats en magasin, rien à redire sur le service de la marque en général Mais le transporteur DPD est une catastrophe. Livraison très longue. Reportée deux jours de suite et livraison au mauvais endroit. J’ai été obligé d’aller au magasin acheter l’article et renvoyer celui « reçu » car trop de retard

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que la livraison via DPD s'est avérée si difficile cette fois-ci. Le fait que votre colis ait été retardé à plusieurs reprises et finalement livré au mauvais endroit n'est absolument pas l'expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients. DPD a connu une période exceptionnellement chargée autour du Black Friday, ce qui a malheureusement entraîné des retards pour certaines livraisons. Nous comprenons toutefois parfaitement que cela ne rend pas votre situation moins désagréable. Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous en faire part et nous transmettrons votre expérience en interne afin que nous puissions travailler avec notre partenaire à l'amélioration de notre service. Slechte communicatie

Wat dingen besteld uit de webshop en komt een kapotte doos aan. Spullen eruit. Ze zeiden dat ze het alpinestars beentasje opnieuw zal opsturen hebben ze alles gecrediteerd. Tasje was toen in de aan bieding

U weigerde hiervoor om naar een afhaalpunt te gaan om de beschadigde artikelen door te sturen, die we nodig hebben om garantie aan te vragen bij de leverancier. Dit in overleg hebben we dan een volledige terugbetaling geregeld voor u, dit op vraag van u. We doen er alles aan om onze klanten zo snel mogelijk te helpen, daarom hebben we op elke aanvraag van u ingegaan tot zo ver mogelijk.
