DPD a connu une période exceptionnellement chargée autour du Black Friday, ce qui a malheureusement entraîné des retards pour certaines livraisons. Goed op één ding na dan

Ik ben zeer tevreden met mij. Levering, maar helaas wat verkeerd besteld door een verwarrende foto. Maar gelukkig kan ik retourneren en het goede product is onderweg

Zeer snelle correcte levering

Ik had een helm gezien bij Rad.eu, maar zag deze elders goedkoper. Met de kortingcode de hel voor de goedkopere prijs kunnen kopen. De helm zou een week later geleverd worden, maar werd de volgende dag al gebracht. Super snel!!

Fast, Ok, but not safe

The kit i bought was in perfect shape but the box wich the kit came was 70% empty with the kit ONLY covering the rest of the space, so everything inside was rolling. Should fill the box with newspapers, plastics, whatever or use a way smaller box. The box came to me damaged on a corner (that was ripped off) and the small layer of tape on top litterally opened. Not safe at all. Always happy with RAD and this was the first time this ever happened and hope it doesnt again. Items can get damaged on transportation

An oversized box and insufficient padding can indeed cause items to shift, potentially resulting in damage during transport — something we absolutely want to avoid.
