Haven’t received the package although in the status says it is send! Please give me some info

Everything ive bought from zamnesia has been very high grade, in fact I've complained myself, only to find the problem was me, not reading the instructions etc....ive never lost an order, and the price compared to other companies is cheap when you consider all these facts.

Not much I can say outside of the fact that I have never been disappointed and service and delivery were always great

Really good to buy off, honest with good deals, brilliant communication and brilliant delivery with post, will always buy grom this website because of the honesty.

Cant fault much with zamnesia the delivery can sometimes take a while but what can i expect when i live in the uk. Been ordering for about 1 and a halve years and only had 1 problem that they sorted out fast and every other order has been incredibly worth it and its a good idea to sign up to the tribe program

Great products. Easy to navigate the website and plenty of stock to choose from. The only reason for the 1 star deduction is the delivery can take some time.

Especially if you like in the UK I have never had a problem with them and Ive had three kits, its legal until you activate the pack just keep that in mind. but so far every product Ive bought is well priced, arrived on time in good condition and not one product failed on me, I would recommend to any one in the market for these types of products to shop at zamnesia.

It's over 10 years that I've been a customer and their quality products always arrived fast and in good condition. The couple of times I did have a problem, the friendly service team quickly sorted things out. Zamnesia is always my first port of call for good advice and ideas.

I have never received order on time sometimes it was just a few days late, but decently the order was suposed to be ddlivered balf a month ago and there is still no updated on when it will be delivered!
