I have good experiences with shopping at Zamnesia, deliveries are fast in EU at least, and the products always left me satisfied. In the past however i was met with unresponsive support when asking about a product that did not behave as expected, that is why i'm deducting 1 star.

As as American living in Europe, it's crazy what I am allowed to order off this site. The speed of service was great and the selection is HUGE! The prices beat another I've seen in the states and I find myself aimlessly browsing the site (probably spending too much $$). I even got a discount for my b-day, and some other discounts and vouchers. I think I might be in love...

The products are excellent but the major distinction of Zamnesia is the quality and responsiveness of their customer service. The products, being of biological origin do vary from batch to batch, and the Service team fully recognises this, and is very sensitive to yield and quality being affected by minor variables. Responses are always helful and constructive

It's always been an easy experience to buy products from their online store. They have a discord for support or having small questions answered by the community + staff. Have never had an issue other than with royal mail being bad at delivery.. maybe if they could change the courier that would be amazing

I ordered multiple time. Sometime it takes long to arrive, but that is fine. It is always good packaged, prices are most likely great and support is very helpful. Overall I had one bad experience with a product, but support cleared that for me. So I you appreciate this seller. When I want to buy knew grow boxes or seeds, I oder here. They are trustworthy sellers and kind of the best place in Europe to buy such stuff. Will come again and buy more :-D
