A couple of months ago I ordered five mushroom grow-kits and I believe there was an issue caused during shipping. At week two saw no signs of life from any of the five kits. I contacted Zamnesia with my concerns & photos to show the state the kits were in. Previously growing these kits I would see pins forming already after ca. one week. The service team told me to wait another week. I waited patiently but the kits did practically nothing. There were a few fruits coming on two of the kits, but not what it should be by any means. Even the service team mentioned from my photos provided that in this late stage the kits looked “healthy” with no signs of contamination and so I was confident that I had kept them in this state for so long with no problems which I may have imposed. At the four week mark I contacted them again and answered all their inquiries. Nothing rude, no suspicions cast whatsoever, they just wanted to learn about the environment/conditions as to how the kits were handled in these weeks. Fair enough. After responding, I frustratingly received a message stating they would replace less than half of my order! I responded calmly and explained once more the situation and the time and cost I had spent and asked them to please reconsider and to please replace only what I had ordered, nothing more nothing less. To my great surprise I was thankfully responded to by another team member who did just that! No strings, no hoops to jump through, just fast and confident customer service as it should be. Thank you so much Yaniek for your help and concern through this ordeal. You have definitely secured a continued and life long customer! This is how a business should be run. Very pleasant buying experience

I bought Runtz Auto seeds, and they were planted on May 26th. It has been over 7 weeks, but the plants are still in the vegetative stage and show absolutely no signs of flowering. This is clearly a photoperiod genetic mix-up instead of the autoflower seeds I paid for. To make matters worse, I contacted Zamnesia customer support 6 days ago regarding this issue, and I have received absolutely no response. Very disappointed with both the product genetics and the lack of customer service

Ordered the Copelandia kit on a Monday item arrived well packaged around noon Saturday. Followed the instructions and started the kit on the Sunday. By the following Sunday "Yesterday" My first flush is ready! The warmer weather probably helped but I'm impressed to say the least. Probably not the largest flush but the mycelium is now looking much stronger. I will harvest today and follow the instructions given to start my second flush and see what happens. I decided to pluck one single fruit and try it raw/fresh yesterday and I must say I was not expecting much for a micro dose but I would say it was much stronger than a micro dose but without the visuals. These Copelandia are the Carolina reaper of the Shroom world I will treat them with the respect they deserve once dried.

Hello, i unfortunately had a bad experience with zamnesia, package arrived open at my house, very easily could have made it gotten seized and legal issues to me due to negligence from you using hot glue insgead of tape to prevent box from opening, or avoiding a opportunist trying to get inside as easily as damaging the hot glue ane voila have access to everything inside. About the product itself i bought 3 different types of truffles all from the same brand, magicmus.com, all of them are **** truffles, probably don't contain any psilocybin at all, i just ate all 3 boxes 2 hours and a bit more than 15 minutes ago and 0 effect, 0 effecf, i am very sensitive to psilocybin, even 1g normal shrooms give me good high, this didn't do anything, i didn't eat before neither yesterday night, i also prepared a e lemons to drink with it, and nothing, i also don't take any medication or anything, Basically my experience was i paid almost 40 euros for a potential legal issue without any actual benefit, i am glad i didn't buy more and I feel very dissapointed, hope this is a ok review, i understand this might not be average review but this is my honest review.
