Another grow kit from Zamnesia. Little pins coming out exactly after a week of setting up. On a heath mat. Quiet few on the side of the grow box. I’m sure they will find the way up.

I got a delivery that was not my order. I read the policy which said no returning was needed. I took photos of the label and merchandise, then messaged Zamnesia. I got a reply the next business day saying sorry and an offer for a refund or a store voucher good for a year that was a bit more than my purchase. I took the voucher, which worked out better for timing of my order. The misplaced order did have some things I could use, so I was grateful for that also. 100% happy with how this turned out. Also, other orders I have made in the past have been timely, good quality, and I am very pleased with them. The website is easy to navigate. There is an impressive variety of products. If there were any books they could promote and have a book section, that would be ideal. That could help someone wanting to start out in a mycology hobby and keep them from being overwhelmed with all the information out there.

Avoid ! They sent me the wrong items, and despite emailing them proof of their mistakes, every reply came from a different person who clearly hadn’t bothered to read the previous correspondence. Horrible experience and a complete waste of money.

This is my second order to replace tbe oridinal order. After my 1st order was marked shipped and delivered but nothing arrived. I chased up with zamnesia to be told my order is out of stock and can't be fulfilled. Its taken me ages to get a response let alone a refund. I am now a lot of money down. My next order has been marked as still processing after 4days... What has happened to this company???
