Avevo ricevuto un kit che non solo non sembrava quello che avevo ordinato, ma oltre a ciò ha dato poco e nulla, dopo un mese si era ammuffito e rimaneva senza crescere la maggior parte. Dopo diversi ****bi email mi hanno dato un voucher. Ci riproverò.

Niet alleen als alles goed verloopt (zendingen) maar ook als het tegen zit met een bestelling wordt er moeite gedaan het naar ieders tevredenheid op te lossen . Prima webshop !

Au début très déçu par des graines qui n'ont pas germées , et après plusieurs discussions avec leur équipe j'ai enfin réussi à me faire renvoyer de nouvelles graines qui j'espère auront plus de réussite , merci quand même pour le renvoie de graines mais du coup il est un peu tard pour redémarrer des semis . De winkel is erg goed. Maar de verzending via PostNL is een lachertje. Het is het slechtste pakketbezorgbedrijf ooit. Er is altijd wel iets mis. Of ze doen er 5 dagen over om het pakket te bezorgen, of ze laten het ergens achter en vergeten me daarvan op de hoogte te stellen. Het is elke keer weer zenuwslopend, en je moet later teruggaan om de pakketten te zoeken omdat ze ze altijd ergens anders hebben achtergelaten. Helaas geef ik de bezorging van de producten een 1/5.

I felt i had all the info about my order before it came and was kept updated every step of the way. Such a service, never felt lost or worried. Arrived a day earlier than i initially thought. And with some awesome presents. I will 100% be returning. You are so awesome!!!!

I haven’t been contacted to say the truffles are at the courier’s office waiting to be collected. Apparently, they have been there since the 22nd May. It is now the 29th May and given the heat in Crete I’m concerned the truffles will not be vacuum sealed anymore.

I have been consistently impressed with the service and quality from products from Zamnesia over several years now. However, recently I contacted them because some truffles I had bought didn't have any noticable effect. They very kindly offered to send me some more truffles free of charge. This meant a lot to me because I have been a customer for several years and this showed that they have true integrity as a company and care about the satisfaction of their clients.
