Placed and paid for order on 14 nov, Still not here 10 dec only to be told wait another 7 days! Not happy

Product itself is great and I'll judge based off my first experience. My first order with Zamnesia went ok, slightly slower than quoted but all arrived fine. I understand Black Friday is a very busy time but using a delivery partner with such a terrible reputation isnt a recipe for success. 2 subsequent orders are taking forever, one was ordered one day later and it still hasnt arrived 7 days on from the first delivery.

Zamnesia's Customer Support team is truly kind, loving, and understanding—they are fantastic! However, the delivery experience has been very disappointing. ​Despite receiving a shipping notification, I am still waiting for my order 13 business days later, and tracking shows it hasn't moved. The delay is sadly quite heartbreaking. ​Great people, but I cannot recommend ordering right now if timely delivery is important to you. I sincerely hope they can improve their logistics soon.

Although there was an issue with the Portuguese postal service misplacing the package, Zamnesia’s support team was tireless. Five stars all the way. Easy ordering process, clear information, wide product range, legal and safety details, packaging quality, and after-sales follow-up. From the very beginning I always was a big fan of Zamnesia. But in last year or two some things started getting worse. Kratom quality went from decent to sometimes less than average but the prices always were one of the highest on the market. And deliverance also went down. I think that’s because huge growth of customers. Just 1-2 years ago my orders would be delivered within 3-4 days. Now sometimes I have to wait for 2 weeks which is very bad when I order mushroom grow kit. I had so many kits that didn’t work and I blame long delivery. Even now I am waiting for my order more than expected. Due to Black Friday I was notified that all orders deliveries are postponed to one week. I made my order on Nov 22nd. So I assumed that it was supposed to begin its way to me on 29th or 30th. It’s December 9th now and my order still haven’t been taken to delivery service. They just created online badge. I mean… Why don’t you just say “we delay our deliveries for unknown time” instead of one week. I used to love Zamnesia mostly because of their most helpful support and customer service. But now I have no more excuses for everything that happened with my last 4-5 orders. I guess it’s time to say goodbye

Very helpful, a good alternative to other substances in my opinion.

Slow dispatch, slow delivery (took over 3 weeks), this is 1 out of 3 deliveries so far but by far the worst - other deliveries were within a 7-10 day timeframe

I had bought 2 sets of seeds. None of which germinated. I buy mushroom growpacks every year but this was my first time trying to grow hemp seeds. My guess was even in summer the temperature just wasn't warm enough for them . I got InTouch with zamnesia the service was great. They got back to me promptly and on this occasion i was given a one off goodwill gesture to replace the seeds which I was really pleased with because the seeds aren't cheap. I have a heat mat this time so hope I will have better luck. Kala x

I sent so many emails to information on my delivery and it has been a week with no response. I asked for a refund and still no response. Don’t spend your money where a company only takes your money to have you call your bank to have investigated to get a refund. Amnesia doesn’t care

Do yourself a favour, and look everywhere else first!! I have made multiple orders from this company, and I've only had issues with them... Bad germination rates on their own products, and anything that does germinate, grows slow and stays extremely small. As for external products, you'll get better deals and faster delivery from their own sites - I'd highly recommend not using this site!!

Order arrived quickly. One item arrived damaged due to postage but this got swiftly resolved. Customer support was quick and helpful. Would highly recommend.

As always, speedy discrete delivery and excellent products and service. The one time customs held my package and removed the mushrooms, a replacement or discount was offered immediately. I used to use a bunch of different seed shops but just Zamensia now.

I ordered on a Sunday and didn't receive it to like Wednesday or Tuesday not next week but the following, not that big of deal but you're new godfather og is just terrible.....are they a white label seed? You guys have been screewd and sold old seeds....they did pop but just gave up like what I have seen in poor genetics and old seeds....... everything else is fine though and so are the other seeds. Sorry I wouldn't recommend you to anyone in the UK because of the timing and quality. And I hate royal mail. Sorry just felt annoyed for my first purchase.

I use to order seeds from Zamnesia but they don't ship to Romania anymore. It was a emergency so I had to ship to a friend in Italy and than they shipped it to me. I will no longer do that. Next time I need seeds I will check again if Romania is available, but if not, I will order from somewhere else...

I love big discounts on shrooms. Wide variety of products, good customer service. Little slow package delivery.
