Pretty good experience, delivered in 7 working days meaning 1 working day late or 11 days total. After being told how much Zamnesia likes to ensure "discreet" shipping, the full contents were shown on the front and back of the box with full descriptions on the very visible invoice. Will have to seriously think about using Zamnesia again, and will almost certainly try other suppliers! The website, and all other materials and info are 5* and fantastic. If it wasn't for the completely non-private non-discreet shipping I'd 100% be using them again and again.

I've been a Zamnesia customer for quite some time and never got disappointed. The products overall are very good and in case of problems, they are actively reaching out, trying to satisfy the customer. Definitely recommended.

They deserve 4,5 stars! The seeds they sell are quite good to ok, but I and friends often have the problem, that single seeds or a batch of three doesn't germinate. On the other hand they have a fast and forthcoming customer service and that's worth a lot! I wish they would list more old school or exotic seeds from smaller seedbanks instead of all those large ones but well, nothing is perfect. Amnezia has special seeds and packages no other supplier can offer. The price is more than fair (e.g. under 30 Euro for a special Landrace Strain Seed Pack with 6 seeds). If you want to put something like that together by yourself you can easily spend double the price... Over that, they prioritise customer satisfaction. After I had some difficulties, they genously helped me out. Overall experience at least 9/10. I will decently order again! Thank you again Amnezia!

Fast delivery and quality products.

J’avais commandé un grow kit ( champignons ) malheureusement le kit a été contaminé… je l’ai acheté 52 € et après en avoir parlé au service client de chez zamnesia en même pas deux jours, j’ai reçu une carte cadeau de la valeur du kit ( 52€ ) pour pouvoir reprendre un kit ou autre chose qui pourrait me plaire ! Service client ultra réactif très respectueux et à l’écoute du client ^^ Merci à zamnesia pour cette efficacité et ce professionnalisme !!! Aucun service client ne m’a jamais répondu aussi vite ! Received a dented/poorly delivered box that once opened had a ruined shroom kit in and the blunt wraps were dry and didn’t even stick(not sure if blunt wraps are old or what)
